Description

These easy kitchen sink cookies are sooo soft and a crowd pleaser! They’re full of sprinkles, chocolate chips, and marshmallows. My kitchen sink cookies are my most popular recipe to date, and you’ll absolutely love them.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup softened butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups flour, spooned and leveled
  • Add all the toppings! I did:
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and brown sugar on high speed for 4 minutes, then adding the vanilla and white sugar
  2. Add each egg one at a time, mixing well until combined
  3. Add baking powder and salt, mixing on medium for 1-2 minutes
  4. Scrape down the sides and add flour 1/2 cup at a time , mixing on a low speed
  5. Mix completely and add the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and sprinkles, mixing well until combined
  6. Add to a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15 or so minutes, and bottoms are browning
  7. Let cool and set for a few minutes and enjoy! (Makes about 3 dozen)
