These easy kitchen sink cookies are sooo soft and a crowd pleaser! They’re full of sprinkles, chocolate chips, and marshmallows. My kitchen sink cookies are my most popular recipe to date, and you’ll absolutely love them.

- 1 cup softened butter, unsalted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups flour, spooned and leveled
- Add all the toppings! I did:
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Cream butter and brown sugar on high speed for 4 minutes, then adding the vanilla and white sugar
- Add each egg one at a time, mixing well until combined
- Add baking powder and salt, mixing on medium for 1-2 minutes
- Scrape down the sides and add flour 1/2 cup at a time , mixing on a low speed
- Mix completely and add the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and sprinkles, mixing well until combined
- Add to a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15 or so minutes, and bottoms are browning
- Let cool and set for a few minutes and enjoy! (Makes about 3 dozen)
