What is a Fall gathering without a fun drink? My Apple Cider Mimosa is perfect for a Fall-themed brunch, Thanksgiving morning, or a game day! The caramel and brown sugar rimmed glasses make them feel even fancier. It’s simple and only requires a few ingredients to make. Give this quick cocktail a try at your next Fall get-together.


Ingredients

  • Bottle of Prosecco
  • Apple Cider, about 2 cups
  • Caramel dip
  • Brown sugar, about 2 tbsp


Instructions

  1. In a pitcher or a carafe, add the Prosecco and apple cider, mixing to combine. Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  2. Take each champagne class, and press into the caramel dip, coating the rim, about 1 inch.
  3. Next, add the brown sugar to a plate, and gently press the coated champagne glass onto the brown sugar.
  4. Serve the mimosas in the caramel-brown sugar glasses, and enjoy!
